ENTO 625

Advanced Insect Diversity and Ecology

Course overview

ENTO 625 is an entomology course that explores the ecology, behaviour and systematics of terrestrial arthropods (insects and arachnids), particularly those of economic or conservation interest.

The main aims of this course are:

  • To develop a critical understanding of the major insect and arachnid orders.
  • To develop a critical understanding of the ecological processes affecting insect populations.
